I’m Christopher Miller, a strengths-based, heart-centred leadership coach and mentor based in Wellington, New Zealand.

After roles with Results.com and Gallup, I established my own coaching and mentoring practice in 2017. I’ve spent years helping CliftonStrengths coaches build practices that thrive, not just financially, but in ways that bring fulfilment, freedom, and joy.

My approach is grounded in the Thought Leaders methodology and my own lived experience of building a heart-centred practice. I bring authenticity, care, and presence to every mentoring relationship, and I’m committed to your success for the long haul.

I’ve written two books, The Joy of Finding FISHand Finding FISH in a Strengths-Based Practice, and I’m currently working on my third. My work is anchored in the belief that love belongs at work as much as it does at home.
