I love the impact of a powerful question that unlocks new in-sight, a fresh perspective on yourself or the world around you.

I love offering great questions to friends and clients, and recently I was reminded of why I love receiving terrific questions.

In the last week, I had the privilege of being coached/mentored by two extraordinary human beings – Lisa O’Neill and Alex Hagan who I admire very much.

Lisa reminded me that at my very core, I am a coach. Denying that serves no one. Becoming the very best coach I can serves everyone.

Alex helped me remember that I am on a mission, a mission to find the ONE Question for every individual on the planet that could change their life for the better, forever. Challenge is, there are probably 8 Billion Questions! Right question, for the right person at the right time. I know when it’s the right question because it hits them between the eyes, and for a nanosecond, the universe stops to pause in order to hear the answer.
